1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka)

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery times:

• Colombo & suburbs: 1–2 business days
• Other districts: 2–5 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value. Check our current promotions for the latest threshold.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
